Free strategy calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows without notice forfeit the session.

Service Retainers & Packages

Due to the custom nature of our services, all retainer and package fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before work begins, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of signing your service agreement for a full refund of any deposit paid.

Digital Products & Downloads

All sales of digital products, courses, and downloadable resources are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products due to the nature of instant delivery.
